Why is the ZenCrate app no longer available? Now how am I supposed to keep the music on and change the volume?

I ordered a crate that I received mid December. We Just put it together today and can’t complete the set up.Has Zen Crate gone out of business? I’m not able to get the app I need. Their phone number goes to disconnect and I can’t email either. I’m so disappointed.

Usually I read that something will take less than 5 minutes, and I am skeptical. But, this was so easy! I ordered it the other day, it came in 3 boxes today. It took me longer to open the boxes & lay all the pieces out than it did to actually assemble. I'd say 15 minutes from the time I started opening the boxes until it was put together & ready to use. Now to see if my lab will like it or not ...

Do you guys have plans for a higher level sound proofing crate for like a shop dog?

I have one question. My dog just turned 5 and I never knew about the zencrate until now. Is it possible that my dog would still even use the zencrate? She has very bad anxiety with fireworks and thunder.
